An Eco-friendly Office

Do you ever wonder how to make your office a more eco-friendly environment? There are more ways than one  in which you can do your own little bit to help save the planet and what with the excellent range of paper-less technology available to us all now, it is even easier and equally as professional to go green by enjoying a paper-less office environment! Here’s how:

•Invoice online (forget paper invoices and instead, create and send your invoices online)

•Written letters do make an impression, but for regular communication opt for instant messaging or emailing.

•Are you unable to live without your sticky notes? Save some cash and help to save the environment by using the sticky notes’ option built into your computer programs

•When it comes to proofreading your work, why not change the font or text size of the text in order to edit and proofread it instead of printing it out?!

•Do you have to send copies of various documents to clients/business partners etc. on a regular basis? Instead of constantly printing out and sending the documents via post, ask if you can scan them and return them.

•In the case that you have to print and sign a document before returning, make use of the excellent range of e-signing options which will save you from having to print the document, signing and then scanning it.

•Is your office/work environment jam-packed with filing cabinets? Save some room, save on paper and save money on stationary costs by filing your documents in an ordered way on your computer instead and don’t forget to backup the files too!
